For a month the amount of barley in the country has decreased by 161 thousand tons. At the beginning of this year in warehouses of the country there are 788 thousand 959 tons of barley, said the special correspondent of IA “Kazakh-Zerno”, referring to the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan.
As previously wrote our agency, in most regions of Kazakhstan was suspended the sale of barley. Traders shrug their shoulders, because farmers hardly put barley for sale.
According to recent data, peasant and farm households store 230 thousand 362 tons of grain. A little less have HSP and elevators of the country – 113 thousand 874 tons.
About 25 thousand 364 tons of barley is in the warehouses of national flour mills.
More than half of the total amount, i.e. 53%, is stored in agricultural enterprises, where is 419 thousand 359 tons.
We remind, Kazakhstan has grain and bean crops in the amount of 13 million 663 thousand 790 tons.
