Of the 108 thousand tons of flour reserved for East Kazakhstan region, 19 tons were allocated to districts. Today, however, only one third of it was bought. This is despite the fact that the premium quality bread and rye bread in the region grew in price everywhere, not to mention the flour.
The head of the region Berdybek Saparbayev became indignant, when he had known this: “The government gives the flour almost by the price of wheat, but it turns out that the governors in the districts do not need it? In places, where the price of bread will grow for this reason, people who are responsible for this will be punished!”.
We remind, now millers of the district receive grain from the stabilization fund at 28 thousand tenge per ton, and bakers get flour – at 48 tenge per kg. At the same time by the end of September wheat of 3 class in EKR was sold, according to the monitoring of the agency, at 43,100 tenge per ton.
