In East Kazakhstan flour and milk rose in price by 3% in November

In the consumer sector of the economy in November in East Kazakhstan compared to October were recorded prices increase for wheat flour by 3.1%, manna groats – 2.8%, pasta – by 2.2%, poultry meat – 4.8 % (dressed chicken – by 6.1%, chicken legs – 1.1%).

According to the regional statistics office, sausage products rose in price by 1.4%, herring – 3.2%, fresh milk – by 3.1%, dairy products – by 2.6%, cottage cheese – by 7.2%, eggs – by 3.8%, unsalted butter – by 5.1% and sunflower – by 1.8%, apples – by 2.8%, fresh cabbage – by 6.2%, beet – by 5.9%, cucumbers – by 6.1%, tomatoes – by 7.5%, salt – by 2.3%, tea – by 1.6%, alcoholic beverages – by 1.2%, tobacco products – by 3.3%.

Lower prices were observed for onion – by 1.9% and for sugar – by 2.2%.

Grain rose in price by 5.7%, vegetables – by 0.8%, livestock and poultry – by 1.2%, raw milk – by 6.3%”, noted the statistics.

As previously reported IA “Kazakh-Zerno”, on December 25, wheat of 3 class in EKR was sold for 42,300 tenge per ton ($ 281.49), barley – 35,800 tenge per ton ($ 238.24). Flour of extra class, first- and second-rates in East Kazakhstan cost 62,600 ($ 416.58) 60,100 ($ 399.95) and 55,000 tenge per ton ($ 366.01).
