At present, the region’s harvest plan is executed by almost 44%. Harvesting campaign covers about 1 million 560.8 thousand hectares of local farmland. Today, the average grain yield in the region – 13.4 q/ha. At the same time farmers have 2 million 96.2 thousand tons of grain from the harvest -2013 in the bins.
It should be noted that in the middle of September, 2012 local farmers collected 3 million 788.5 thousand tons of grain from 85% of the sown area.
