JSC “NC” Food Corporation” informs that on January 14, 2014 storage capacities of Ak biday terminal are loaded with 19,719 tons of grain, which is 87 %. Since last year at the grain terminal has not appeared free capacities for handling.
For several months, the freight forwarder is only LLP “MTO” Caspian Cargo Services”. As for the number of available grain in the terminal, then during four days this volume increased only by 500 tons.
Volumes agreed for handling grain, have not changed for the passed time: 2246 cars with 152.7 thousand tons of cargo, wrote the correspondent of the IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
In the near future the terminal will receive another 33 thousand tons of grain. From elevators is being shipped over 100 thousand tons.
For reference: the terminal has 11 silos for temporary storage of grain totaling 22.5 thousand tons. Production capacity of transport communications of the terminal for transshipment is up to 350 tons of grain per hour, which provides the opportunity to accept from railcars up to 3 thousand tons of grain per day, and to ship for marine vessels of up to 4 thousand tons of grain per day.
