In Atyrau region are growing prices for potatoes and carrots, and the cost of cucumbers and eggs goes down.
The gross production (services) of agriculture sector in Atyrau region in the first half of this year amounted to 14 624.7 million tenge (which is 0.6% lower than in January-June 2012), including livestock – 14 557.7 million tenge , plant – 15.1 mln. tenge.
The price increase in June was noted for potatoes by 5.6%, onion – 5.1%, carrot – by 4.8%, mineral and drinking water – by 2.2%, cabbage – by 1.7%, wheat – by 0.8%, meat products – by 0.1%.
At the same time, as noted by statistics, a decrease in prices was recorded for cucumber by 14.5%, eggs – by 14.2%, tomatoes – by 9.8%, said the IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
In June 2013, compared with the previous month, prices for livestock and poultry increased by 0.8%, in particular, for mutton – by 0.7%, for horse meat – by 0.4%, for raw milk decreased by 1 2%.
