The project on production of grain combine harvesters ESSIL – 740 is implemented in Kostanay region within the framework of the State Program on Forced Industrial-Innovative Development.
The purpose of the project is to provide farmers with high quality and meeting all technical requirements agricultural machinery. The plant is expected to reach its full capacity this year. The full capacity of the plant is production of up to 700 ESSIL – 740 grain combines per year and about 300 Yenisei harvesters. The total cost of the project makes KZT 6 671 mln.
The Kostanay diesel plant also produces universal sowing machines, two-wheel trailers, engines and a number of the other types of agricultural machinery as well as the spare parts for them.
Besides, it is planned to that the plant will increase its capacity to production of 1000 grain combine harvesters and expand the list of produces items with establishment of new productions. The number of jobs over the construction period made 430. It is also expected that the number of jobs will increase to 480 for the operation period.
