There will always be jobs for anyone who wants to work, according to a farmer from the town of Tekeli, Burkitbai Faizolla.
In the early 1990s he was one of the first to return to his historic homeland from Mongolia. He started from scratch and worked hard to achieve everything he has now. Today Burkitbai Faizolla is a successful entrepreneur. The farmer keeps forty horses and produces up to one hundred liters of kumys daily. Burkitbai Faizolla is a good example of a person, who combines national traditions and innovation. He invented a milk whisking machine based on classic technology. He has recently purchased modern equipment for storing kumys. Now the farmer is planning to produce mare’s milk all year round as well as shubat in the future. He also runs his own bakery and a gingerbread shop. In general, more than twenty people work under his leadership on a permanent basis.
Gingerbread workshop worker Zhuldyzai Doskarayeva: “There are about ten people in our workshop. We support our families thanks to this production facility. I like working here. We produce three kinds of spice cakes and deliver them to Almaty”.
Farmer Burkitbai Faizolla: “Anyone who wants to work can easily find a job in our country. I don’t understand those who look for easy money. You can’t live only for today, you need to do what will benefit not only you, but also others around you and do something you can rely on in the future”.
