Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture begins financing of rural projects under the “Road map of employment-2020”.
Subsidiary company of JSC “National Managing Holding “KazAgro” – JSC “Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture” is defined by an authorized regional organization responsible for the implementation of the second direction of the program “Employment-2020 “in several areas. Work on agreements in other regions continues. Total, for issuing microcredits for rural businesses under this program is planned to attract 15 billion tenge, was said in a statement of the fund.
At a meeting of the regional committee of Akmola region the branch of JSC “Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture” is defined by an authorized regional organization engaged in lending to subborrowers as part of implementation of the second line of the program. It is planned to allocate for these purposes 1 billion tenge with the help of Lending Agreement.
Akmola branch of the Fund has proven success of participation in the second direction of the program in 2013. We should note that it was issued 453 microcredits totaling 999.5 million tenge. A significant portion of the loans were aimed at the development of livestock breeding, as well as the opening of technical service stations, sewing shops, hairdressers, beauty salons, bakeries, organizing cargo transportation and other services, resulting in creation of 632 new jobs, said the IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
Participation of the rural population in the program “Road map of employment 2020” is a good impetus for opening or expanding their own business, improvement of welfare, sustainable and productive employment.
“At present, the Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture signed agreements on projects lending in the second direction of the program “Employment- 2020” with local authorities of Almaty, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Kostanay, East Kazakhstan and South Kazakhstan regions, amounting to 6. 5 billion tenge, said the director of the Treasury Department of the JSC “Fund for Financial support of Agriculture” Berik Manasov.
