According to the Agency of Statistics of Kazakhstan, on August 1 of the current year there are 4 529 663 tons of grain at the elevators and grain admitting enterprises of the country, reported IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
The three main grain-producing regions, as it was reported earlier, have grain stocks of about a million tons at the elevators: at the elevators and grain-admitting enterprises of the North-Kazakhstan region – 1 183 500 tons, in Akmola region – 1 315 560 tons, in Kostanai region- 1 387 286 tons.
At the same time, in Atyrau, Zhambyl and South Kazakhstan regions, on August 1 of the current year, there is no grain at the elevators and grain admitting enterprises.
Relatively small amounts of grain is stored at the elevators and grain admitting enterprises of Almaty – 2 187 tons, in Kyzylorda – 13867 tons, in Aktobe – 58052 tons, in Pavlodar – 93447 tons, in East Kazakhstan region – 119 160 tons, in West Kazakhstan region – 153 849 tons of grain.
At the elevators and grain admitting enterprises of Astana on August 1, is stored 129868 tons of grain.
