According to the operational reports of the Ministry of Agriculture, over the past three days, Kazakh grain growers have harvested only 0.2 % of the area. And today the coffers of Homeland were filled with more than 20.6 million tons of grain.
In particular, “according to the regional department of agriculture, on November 4, this year agricultural producers harvested 15,458.8 thousand hectares, accounting for 98.2% of the harvested area of the region; it was collected 20,643.1 thousand tons, the average yield totaled 13.4 q /ha”, was stated in the summary of the ministry.
It should be noted that in the last days, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, grain harvesting was completed by Aktobe farmers, reported the IA “Kazakh- Zerno”. So, from 426.9 thousand hectares of grain growers harvested 230.1 thousand tons of grain, while last year’s crop in the region was obtained at the level of 94.7 thousand tons.
Procurement of seeds in the country is completed by 99.3 % of the target (2109.6 thousand tons of grain) .
