Kostanay agricultural producers have filed 195 applications for a soft purchase of machinery on lease, wrote the correspondent of the IA “Kazakh-Zerno”. This was announced at the meeting in the akimat of the Kostanay region by the head of the department of agriculture Fedor Filippov.
“Since the current year under the state program “Agribusiness 2020” is introduced a new form of support for agricultural producers – subsidy of interest rate on lease of agricultural machinery. In this case, the lessee pays 5.8% and the state compensates 7%. The machinery, acquired by means from the national budget is not subject for the subsidy. During the reporting period of this year about 253 units of agricultural machinery to the total amount of 3.1 billion tenge were sent for lease at the expense of “KazAgrofinance” means, he said.
It should be noted, he continued, that no one piece of farm machinery have been not purchased by the households of Zhangeldinsky and Kamystinsky districts. The most active in this area were agricultural enterprises of Karasusky, Kostonay , Auliekolsky districts.
“Total, agricultural producers filed applications for subsidies of 195 pieces of machinery, of which 82 are pending at JSC “KazAgroFinance “, amounting to 1.1 billion tenge; 78 are pending at JSC “KazAgroMarketing “, amounting to 595 million tenge; 35 are approved by the committee of Ministry of Agriculture in the amount of 352 million tenge”, said F.Filippov.
According to him, still are not received applications for subsidy of 58 units of machinery-it is 1.1 billion tenge. Transfer of subsidy amounts to a special account of financial institutions has not taken place.
At the same time agricultural enterprises of Kostanay region continue the work on updating the machinery-tractor fleet ; for the first 9 months of this year were purchased 161 tractors, 106 combine harvesters, 25 sowing machines and 190 units of other agricultural machinery.
