The 11th meeting of the working group on Kazakhstan’s WTO accession took place April 18 in Geneva.
Economic Integration Minister Zhanar Aitzhanova headed the Kazakh delegation, the press release of the Minister’s secretariat reads.
The Minister made a report on the country’s recent socioeconomic development, newly adopted laws and agreements signed to improve legislative base and stimulate economic progress in the country. She also thanked the working group for fruitful work and reps of all countries Kazakhstan has already completed bilateral talks with and signed protocols on access of goods and services.
The next meeting is scheduled for late July this year to mull the country’s foreign economic trade policy and agriculture support.
