Kyzylzhar region has the opportunity to provide the seed fund not only for the North-Kazakhstan region, but also for other regions, reported IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
According to Ivan Rybas, the expert of the IA “Kazakh-Zerno”, there is very unfavorable situation connected with the seed fund in the West Kazakhstan and Aktobe regions.
The problem with shortage of seeds can be solved; however, everything is not so simple. I. Rybas believes that it is necessary to provide separate containers for seed storage at the local grain elevators, but this is not the only problem. Moreover, it is necessary to ensure a good price for seeds in order to make this business profitable for farmers.
Farmers, in turn, can only hope that it will be so.
