North Kazakhstan growers harvest about 9.8 quintals of grain per hectare

Harvesting campaign is in full swing in the North Kazakhstan region, reported IA “Kazakh-Zerno”.
According to A. Kashevkin, the Head of Department of Agriculture, in the last days of harvesting output is about 190 thousand hectares.
The average yield of grain currently stands at 9.8 quintals per hectare.

The harvest of oilseeds is 70% completed. The average yield is about 5.5 quintals per hectare. 
It is planned to finish harvesting campaign in the first half of September.
