North Kazakhstanian people met New Year with new prices for products

On the eve of the New Year prices for agricultural products grew in the North Kazakhstan market. This is natural for Petropavlovsk, the IA “Kazakh-Zerno” reported. Thus, constant attributes of festive table – oranges – increased in price by 80 tg (435 tg / kg). For beef housewives had to pay an average 100 tenge more (1400 tg / kg). And fans of lamb pay extra 450 tenge per 1 kg (1350 tg / kg).

Less noticeable was increase in the price of cereals – within 7-14 tenge. For example, rice added to the previous value about 4 tenge (144 tg / kg), buckwheat – 14 tenge (144 tg / kg), peas – 7 tg (72 tg), millet – 7 tg (92 tg / kg).

Flour on the shelves of North Kazakhstan shops remained in the same price range – 97 tg / kg, and pasta rose 7 tg (137 tg / kg).

Vegetable market little pleased consumers by lower prices. Potatoes and onions have lost from the previous value about 23 tenge, 77 and 57 tg / kg, respectively. Carrots fell more significantly – 71 tg (89 tg / kg).

This cannot be said about cucumbers and tomatoes, which are especially popular in Petropavlovsk. Cucumbers in the holidays rose to 360 tenge, tomatoes to 254 tenge.
