Aktau seaport transports the second vessel with the grain from the new harvest.
In Aktau international seaport on the Caspian Sea the second ship is being loaded with grain from the new harvest, reports JSC “NC “KTZ”.
Wheat sent to consumers is grown by agricultural producers of the main grain growing regions of the country – Akmola, Kostanay, North Kazakhstan regions. Bread goes to “Ak Biday” grain terminal in the Aktau seaport, from where it is exported.
“Grain from the new harvest is actively arriving at the port, we strictly follow the schedule of shipments , triy to deliver bread to the consumer in time”, said the President of JSC “National Company” Aktau international sea trading port “Michael Yalbachev.
He also added that the grain is transported by Kazakhstan’s bulk carriers “Becket Ata” and “Turkestan”, which successfully execute other export contracts.
IA “Kazakh-Zerno” notes that Aktau seaport is one of the major ports of the Caspian Sea; it accounts for approximately 25-29% of the total cargo tonnage of the Caspian Sea.
