Harvesting has come to an end in West Kazakhstan, the region gathered 129 000 tons of grain, our correspondent reports.
This year area under crops made 407.9 thousand hectares that is 13.9 thousand more than in the last year. Though drought killed 167 000 ha of grain there. As a result the average yield reached only 5.4 centners.
