For the production of cheaper bread the region buys grain from the Food Corporation at a fixed price. The usual amount is for 3983 tons per month. Since August the region has already bought about 8 thousand tons of food from state reserves, and procurements continue, the correspondent of IA “Kazakh-Zerno” was informed in the agricultural department of West Kazakhstan.
Monthly plans for grain purchase for August and September are completed; millers continue to buy from the Food Corporation for October already, specified the department.
Today, millers received and sold more than 5.7 thousand tons of flour and more than 1.7 thousand tons of bran, all food is sold by 100%.
The cost of 1 kilo of flour in terms of program for production of cheaper bread is 47 tenge, bran – 10 tenge. Loaf of bread from bakeries in West Kazakhstan is sold by 40 tenge.
